WOW!!! Very professional & fast. Our basement flooded 2 summers ago & Darren came out assessed the situation & within a couple of hours heaters & fans were going. The quickness of the On The Spot minimized the damage & saved us $.I have recommended On The Spot to many friends & will continue to do so. On the Spot also cleaned our carpets this spring & did the best job out of any of the companies we had previously tried. The staff is courteous, friendly, & even answered continuous questions from my 4 year old while they were working. I will ONLY use On the Spot for our carpets.
