Jeremy was great to work with when we called them to come take care of our water damage disaster in Blackfoot, he was helpful and prompt. However, we had some issues with the work completed by the flooring guys. We would have someone else come in if we ever had to have this done on any floor. Errors were fixed, but should not have happened. But overall, we were definitely satisfied with On The Spot Cleaning and Restoration

I am very satisfied with the professional cleaning that was done on my vehicle. The foul odor was taken care of and the spots that were on the carpet & upholstery were removed satisfactorily. We recommend "On The Spot Cleaning" Services. We will definitely return for future professional cleaning.

After my water damage experience On The Spot did a great job and have great service. It was so refreshing to work with Jon and to have workers here when scheduled to come and do a good job of everything. Thanks!

We are very happy with our new roof after our water damage disaster. Jon did a good job working with us. We hope we do not need your service for a while, but we appreciate your expertise in dealing with us.

Mr. Preece:
Sometime back I was watching T.V. and a report was presented on a local business man (in Idaho) that donated his time and his employee’s to clean all the local law enforcement vehicles.
I decided then that if I was even in a position to use any of the services that company provided I would give them a call. That occasion came much sooner than I expected when a city water pipe broke and my family home was flooded with water.
Your employees were working at another neighbor’s house and I asked them if they would take a look at my house when they finished what they were doing for my neighbor and they were willing to do so.
Once they arrived and assessed the damage a decision was made for them to start immediately to clean up the water to prevent further water damage to wells and furniture.
I must inform you that all of your employees who responded were very respectful and sympathetic of our problem and completed their tasks in a professional manner, keeping us informed throughout as to what and why everything was done.
It is with great pleasure that I would like to pass on a sincere compliment to you and your employees for a job well done.
Following is a list of all who worked on this project. I would hope you would pass on our “thank you” to all the following: Mike Trowbridge, Tyson Fackrell, Randy Austin, Brandon Hobley, Trevor Dabb, Trisha Gibson, Donnie Lindsey, Jacob Butt, and Jeremy Hobley (project manager). These people are all a good reflection of your company and you.
Sincerely,
G. Jerry and Sonia Marion

I really appreciate his consideration and Understanding. Jeremy worked with me through both of the floods. I called him crying. I was so embarrassed because I was crying and felt ridiculous, but he calmed me down and walked me through everything. He took extra great care of my home! I really appreciate his consideration, understanding and kindness.

VERY PROFESSIONAL
We are so happy with the thorough examination of the areas that are to be cleaned. Not only that they do the best they can to accomplish that goal. We were happy with the promotion they ran. The Scotch Gard application is great, they will return and do spot cleaning. The will be beneficial.
