I was very pleased with the service provided by On The Spot-especially their promptness to arrive on time. Their technician was knowledgeable and courteous and I will certainly use their services again. They got the carpet clean and even spot cleaned the couch. I was pleased to receive the never ending supply of their spot cleaner so I will not have to use harsh chemical cleaners again.
